To celebrate Halloween night, this is a yoga class with a twist! Blending Vinyasa style sequencing with core-focused transitions, you will have a fun and transformative experience that safely maximise your strength and flexibility. Master Your Chataranga: Yoga for Shoulder Mobility, Stability and Flexibility

This workshop will teach you how to stabilise the shoulders, help to correct your posture, and improve your form with functional mobility exercises. You’ll gain flexibility and strength in your shoulders to counteract the discomfort from your daily activities and thereby improve your arm balances, backbends and inversions.

In this workshop will focus on your ideal alignment in Downward Facing Dog, Plank and Chataranga to ensure shoulder safety and stability, giving you the tools needed to build strength in these seemingly simple but intricate poses. We will finish with long-held deep stretches to support your flexibility and help to release any built up tension in your upper body. This workshop is open to all levels.

This workshop will teach you the characteristics of each the main energy centers in the body, how to identify imbalances and gain insight into how you can keep moving towards alignment in your daily life.

Working from the outside in, we will travel from the root chakra to the crown chakra through seven Vinyasa sequences designed to stabilise the energy of each chakra. Supported by affirmations, mantras and intentions, you will step off of the mat feeling much more centred and whole.

About Alicia

Alicia is an international yoga teacher who has led classes in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain and Morocco. Her love for fitness, holistic wellness and personal self-growth is evident as she threads elements of dance, Pilates, deep breathing and insightful wisdom throughout her classes. Her sequences are designed to shift your energy, heighten your self-awareness and leave class feeling renewed.

Born in Australia and having grown up around the world, Alicia values community and strives to create personal connections with her students. Yoga has been an incredibly healing and empowering force throughout her adult life and she wants to share everything yoga has to offer in an accessible way, focusing on self-acceptance and love.

She has been certified in Vinyasa, Core Strength Vinyasa, Core Flow Yoga, HIIT Yoga and Yin Yoga and continues to expand her knowledge and share her insights. Her positive energy attracts many loyal students and sincere approach helps you to leave class feeling your best.
