Women are incredibly powerful…
….but have been raised to stay small, put everyone else first and sacrifice their own wellbeing for the sake of productivity, likability and keeping the peace.
This chronic over-giving disconnects women from the wisdom of their own bodies. It makes them sick, exhausted and full of self-doubt. And a woman at war with herself cannot lead, love or live the way she is capable of.
The path back is not more discipline, more strategy or more self-improvement. It is coming home to yourself.
Working with my own body changed my life, and it is why the body is the foundation of everything I teach. The women who find me are not just learning to set boundaries or regulate their nervous system, they are ending the war with themselves and rebuilding the self-trust that makes everything else possible.
Burnout was the Breakthrough
In my late twenties I was a FOMO-driven, people-pleasing perfectionist who constantly pushed herself in every area of her life. I completely lost myself in a toxic relationship, was overworked and unappreciated in a job that didn't fulfil me, and felt deeply unhappy in a life I had worked so hard to build.
I pushed through every warning sign my body sent me until I finally collapsed into a burnout that lasted two years.
I lost everything I had worked for. And it was the greatest blessing of my life.
I found myself on my yoga mat, in child's pose, unable to move for 45 minutes. It was then I heard my body speak to me for the first time.
"Why don't you love me?" she asked. "Why do you push me so hard? Why is it never enough?"
In that moment I made a promise. "From now on I am going to do things differently. I am going to listen to you and we are going to do this together."
That promised changed everything.
The War I Didn't Know I Was In
Burnout forced me to stop and made me realise I had been at war with myself for years: overriding my body's signals, saying ‘yes’ when I meant ‘no’, measuring my worth in my output and performing confidence I did not feel.
The healing was not about becoming someone new. It was about coming home to who I had always been.
Through somatic work, Human Design and nervous system regulation I rebuilt my relationship with my own body. I learned to hear my internal signals before they became symptoms. I built boundaries that came from self-worth rather than fear. I developed a self-trust so solid that I no longer needed external validation to feel certain about my own choices.
And from that foundation everything else became possible. My energy stabilised. My relationships deepened. My business grew from a place of genuine alignment rather than anxious hustle.
Since then I have guided hundreds of women through this same journey. Not to fix them, but to help them remember that they are not broken, just disconnected from themselves.
The Work
I am a Somatic Self-Trust Coach with over a decade of experience guiding transformational spaces across The Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Greece, Morocco and Bali.
My work draws on ICF-certified coaching, somatic practice, EFT tapping, NLP, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed facilitation, Human Design and over 800 hours of yoga training. I combine the evidence-based and the intuitive, because real transformation requires both.
But more than my qualifications, what I bring to this work is the lived experience of someone who has been where you are. Who has felt the exhaustion of performing okayness. Who has crossed her own boundaries so many times she forgot she had them. Who found her way back, and made it her life's work to show others the way.
It is my soul mission to help you experience the expansive freedom that comes from trusting yourself completely. From knowing who you are, what you need and what you are here to do, and having the nervous system safety to actually live it.
That is what we build together.
