INTIMATE GROUP COACHING AND REFLECTION
Journaling, guided reflection, and somatic group coaching in a deeply held, intimate container.

You’ll learn how to feel where your yes and no live in your body, and how to honour them without overthinking, guilt, or emotional fallout.
This is especially powerful for women who feel responsible for others’ emotions and tend to over-give, over-explain, or over-accommodate.

This retreat is for the woman who wants to be seen, lead, speak up, or promote herself but doesn’t want to do it through adrenaline, perfectionism, or self-criticism.
You’ll explore what embodied confidence actually feels like — steady, grounded, and self-led — rather than loud or performative.
During this retreat you will:
