Week 1: Your Body Already Knows
We explore the neuroscience of people-pleasing, identify your personal stress response, and map your personal Boundary Blueprint across every area of your life.
The most important work this week: learning to feel the physical difference between a genuine yes, a genuine no, and the guilt-conflict you've been confusing for a yes your whole life.
Week 2: The Fear Underneath
This week we go into your fear and practice sitting with the discomfort of having disappointed someone, without immediately fixing it.
We work with self-soothing techniques to stay regulated when the guilt arrives so you can finally change this pattern.
Week 3: Stop Betraying Yourself
This week is about the boundaries you have with yourself. We identify your personal self-betrayal pattern and begin to reverse it through somatic work and small, keepable commitments that help you to build trust with yourself.
Week 4: Boundaries in Relationships
We cover the boundary communication formula, the mistakes that silently collapse a boundary (over-explaining, over-apologising, softening until it disappears), and pre-written scripts for work, family, friends, and romantic partners — taught somatically, so your body learns them, not just your mind.

Every live call is recorded and available within 24 hours. The self-paced version gives you access to recordings from the start.
That said: live attendance makes a significant difference. The breakout rooms, real-time partner practice, and witnessing other women's shifts are where a lot of the transformation happens. For this reason, I encourage you to treat Monday calls as non-negotiable for these 4 weeks.

No. Boundary Queen is a coaching and somatic education programme, not therapy.
If you're working through significant trauma, I'd encourage you to do this alongside (not instead of) individual therapeutic support. The somatic practices are gentle and accessible.
