Burnout is physical, mental and emotional exhaustion caused by long-term exposure to stressful situations. When the body experiences too much stress and doesn’t get enough recovery time, it begins to shut down. Luckily, the body can be restored to its optimal state. My Yoga for Burnout course is the salve to support your healing from adrenal fatigue.

With seven gentle yoga classes, this rejuvenating program is designed to help you shift to a restful parasympathetic state, allowing you to relax into the present moment and reconnect with your body.

 The Classes

Yoga for Sleep

A slow and deep Yin practice that will prepare your body for a restful and rejuvenating night’s sleep.

Yoga for Anxiety

A Yin practice designed to calm your nervous system and your mind. This class incorporates breathing techniques and long stretches to help your body release tension and relax.

Yoga for Grounding

This class focuses on bringing more awareness into what you feel by connecting to your body. Using slow breathing and soft flowing movement you will shift your energy from an active mind into a balanced body.

 

Yoga for Self-Love

A heart-focused Yin class with the intention of practicing compassion, acceptance and patience towards your physical body. Self-love is a vital part of supporting your body’s healing process.

 

Yoga Nidra

This guided meditation will drift you into the space between awake and asleep. As you calm your mind, you’ll sink into restorative brainwave activity to find full-body healing.

Yoga for Energy

This gentle flow class will stir energy throughout your body, allowing any tension to be released as you encourage the stimulation of more active, fluid energy to prevent any further stagnation.

Morning Yoga

A beautiful opportunity to connect with yourself every morning. Wake up your body with stretches and mindful breathing as you set your intention for a new day.

  • As soon as you sign up you get instant access to the course modules for life, they are yours to keep. Though I recommend engaging in the course material consistently, they are intended for you to use as frequently as you wish/need.

  • For each class you will need a yoga mat, a notebook and something to write with. If you do not have a mat don't worry, you can practice on carpet or place something soft (e.g. a blanket) underneath your knees. Extra yoga props that are handy to have are a yoga block or a yoga bolster.

  • I recommend regular practice in a way that suits you, whether this is a daily practice or once a week. Try to remain consistent. These classes can be done in any order at any time, as often as you like or need them.

  • My online courses have been designed to fit into your lifestyle and each lesson is 20-35 minutes long. This way you always have time to practice.

  • Good on you for trying something new! Don't worry, each program is appropriate for all skill levels.

  • Specific results are dependent on the individual. My courses are designed to educate and inspire you, where any health-related problems should be discussed with a healthcare professional prior to commencing my courses.
