Energetic Equilibrium is an empowering journey into understanding and mastering the wisdom of your chakra system and how to align your energy into the best version of yourself.

The seven chakras are part of a complex network of energy channels and centres throughout the body. They are your “spiritual nervous system” and reveal your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic states. By understanding the chakra system, you will be able to easily identify imbalances in your life and learn how to keep yourself in energetic alignment.

How do you know when you are out of energetic alignment?

Your chakras are in need of rebalancing if you feel any of the following:

  • As soon as you sign up you get instant access to the course modules for life, they are yours to keep. Though I recommend engaging in the course material consistently, they are intended for you to use as frequently as you wish/need.

  • For each class you will need a yoga mat, a notebook and something to write with. If you do not have a mat don't worry, you can practice on carpet or place something soft (e.g. a blanket) underneath your knees. Extra yoga props that are handy to have are a yoga block or a yoga bolster.

  • I recommend regular practice in a way that suits you, whether this is a daily practice or once a week. Try to remain consistent. These classes can be done in any order at any time, as often as you like or need them.

  • My online courses have been designed to fit into your lifestyle and each lesson is 20-35 minutes long. This way you always have time to practice.

  • Good on you for trying something new! Don't worry, each program is appropriate for all skill levels.
